
The online voting phase for WAT Awards 2012 ended at 10 pm yesterday. What a day it was! We were absolutely overwhelmed by the stellar response that we got. It feels good to know that Digital agencies and brands are finally getting the due credit for their outstanding work. WAT Awards, this year, is the only event in the country which has incorporated an online voting mechanism which helps to balance the process of selecting the winners and keep it free from bias. Online voting has been given 50% weightage and remaining 50% will be adjudged by our distinguished jury. WATBlog is extremely proud of the fact that we have got some of the most accomplished people in the Indian Digital and Advertising Industry to judge our awards viz. Alok Mittal, Sudha Natrajan, Srikant Sastri, V.Ramani, Mahendra Swarup and Madan Sanglikar. So, here are the shortlisted nominations for WAT Award 2012.
