Google Launches YouTube Capture App For iPad & iPad Mini

Following the launch of its YouTube Capture iPhone and iPod touch app last year, YouTube has released a version of the application for the iPad and iPad mini. If you’re unfamiliar with the YouTube capture app, perhaps a little background information is in order. As the name implies, the app is designed to allow users to record videos from their devices and then upload them instantly to YouTube. After filming a video, users can add auto color correction, auto stabilization, trimming, music, then instantly upload it to YouTube, as either a private or private video. Once you are done uploading, you can easily share the video with your friends on Google+, Facebook, and Twitter. There is also a handy Landscape Lock switch to remind you to record videos horizontally. Additionally, you can set YouTube Capture to automatically save your clips to the Camera roll and see your previously filmed clips. Users can also shorten a video and add free music from YouTube before uploading it in 480p or 720p. We know that Google has always strived to make the process of uploading and sharing videos to its YouTube network easy and with the YouTube Capture app , things could not be much easier. YouTube says that it sees 25 percent of all views from mobile devices and with more people photographing and recording right from their handheld devices, bringing YouTube Capture to more iOS devices seems to be the right move. This will eventually lead into increases in number of quality videos. When YouTube Capture was originally introduced in December last year, Google did say that it was working on a version for Android users that would be released in the future.  I bet that there are a large number of Android users waiting for this app to launch in the Google Play Store.
