At MWC 2010 we spotted not only phones and interesting gadgets but also some beautiful ladies  at the various booths .  And the probability of visitors entering a booth depended on how interesting the models were. When it comes to shows like these ,  brands always love to have the best faces market their products and it does pretty good for their publicity . Here are the Booth Babes of MWC 2010 Models at NTT Docomo’s booth where we saw the separable phone At Samsung booth This was a footballer in her jersey . We have no idea what she was doing at a Mobile booth Ask any MWC 2010 attendee about CBOSS , they would surely recognize the name, not for some ground breaking product but for the attractive models in Hall 8. Need for Speed SHIFT on Samsung Wave Bada phone

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , ,

At MWC 2010 we had a chance to play Need for Shift on the Samsung Wave running on the Bada platform. Considering the fact that the Samsung Wave sports a Super AMOLED display and a 1 GHz Processor the game ran fast and graphics were decent. NFS Shift is produced by EA Games and is one of my favorite games on the iPhone platform. The Bada version was Work in progress as you can see in the image above. Its not a complete game and is just proof of capabilities of the Bada platform. But the graphics on the Bada platform were not on par with the iPhone  version.  We’ll have to wait and see how the final version looks like . The TV-out feature was pretty cool ! The final version of the game is expected have the following features NFS SHIFT Bada game features Race in Chicago , Dubai , London , Rome 24 Street and Pro-Racing events Race for Rewards — Earn points and trophies on the circuit Upgrades and Customization While we were denied a chance to record a video of th actual game play PocketGamer has a video below. We managed to play some video on the Samsung Wave with the new Super AMOLED Display and we have to admit that it really looked awesome. The colors are reproduced very well and it’s expected to perform well under direct sunlight. It did pretty well under the lights in the Samsung booth. Video after the jump. Hope you enjoyed the power of the Super AMOLED Technology in the footage.  Samsung is starting mass production of these displays from next month and you might find these in many phones this year.
